About Ordering

Most items can be securely ordered by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product description page and following the prompts. There are three additional ways to order. See the shipping information below, and remember, since we're an Oregon corporation, there's never any sales tax! (With the possible rare exception of a drop shipment to a select few states.)

By phone
Call us at 503.723.3456 to find out what we offer or if you already know what you want and would like to use your Credit Card.
By mail
Write to us at smALL FLAGs, PO Box 2003, Oregon City, OR 97045-0203 or orders@smALLFLAGs.com. Please include a phone number with all orders and remember we need a Ship-To address.

By Credit Card
If you'd like to use your credit card, please also indicate the expiration date and the name as it appears on the card. We also require the billing address of the credit card. (This may be different than the Ship-To address.) Note: If ordering with your credit card number via email, we recommend you send it in two emails: in the first, give us all of your credit card number except the last four numbers, in the second, send us the last four numbers and the billing ZIP code. We feel it is nearly impossible to intercept two separately sent emails.

By PayPal:
If you prefer to pay via PayPal, our account name is Merchant@smALLFLAGs.com.

By Check:
We also accept personal or company checks (with imprinted name, address and phone number) and money orders in US currency, drawn from a US bank.

By Purchase Order:
If you represent a school, church or government organization, we also accept signed purchase orders. Simply mail or email us an image of that PO and we'll create an electronic quotation which we will email back to you for your approval.

In Person
If you happen to be local to the Oregon City area, please call for an appointment to come visit us.

Shipping Information

  • All merchandise is shipped FOB Oregon City, Oregon, USA, unless drop shipped from one of our other facilities.
  • We generally ship First Class or Priority mail unless otherwise directed by you.
  • Please make any checks payable to "smALL FLAGs", in US currency, drawn from a US bank.
  • Sorry, no COD's.

About returns

Don't like it? Send it back to us within 30 days and we'll refund or credit your full purchase price. We cannot accept returns of custom made articles unless defective or damaged in shipping. Some orders, usually depending on size, may incur a 10-15% re-stocking charge. When in doubt, please contact us. Sorry, no COD's. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
